Who is Caryn?

Caryn is a freelance video production and AV factotum. In video production, Caryn works as a camera operator, editor, and media manager/DIT. She has worked for several reality shows, television programs, games shows, sports events, corporate productions, live events, and a couple of features.

As an AV tech, Caryn works as a video engineer, graphics op, and playback op. Pretty much anything dealing with video, she's on it! She additionally specializes in ENG records and quick turn-around on-site editing.

Caryn has many computer skills including Playback Pro, Presentation Pro, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Keynote, Prezi, Powerpoint and all those other Microsoft programs, not to mention all of those data transfer programs needed for media management. She is seasoned on a number of cameras and video switchers and has completed Vista Systems Spyder training, Barco E2 and S3 training, and has an Expert Certification in Analog Way's Livecore systems. She can drive a 26' truck (to Portland, Oregon and back if need be), makes a good pot of coffee, types 60 words per minute, gets along well with all clients, is super organized, and can write paragraphs about herself in third person.
